Seller completely misrepresented the account. The listing said it was USA-based with TikTok Shop Affiliate, but the account I received was actually Germany-based. He then gave me a replacement account that was already banned from TikTok Shop.
Instead of fixing the issue, he tried to charge me another $250, claiming TikTok Shop accounts cost extra. I paid for exactly what was advertised and did not receive it. Very misleading and unprofessional seller. Avoid.
